1. Shipping Overview
At Prosper & Adore, we understand that fast, reliable delivery is essential to your shopping experience. We have designed our fulfilment process to get your shapewear to your doorstep as quickly as possible, so you can start feeling smoother, more held, and more confident without a long wait.

Prosper & Adore is an Australian-registered business. However, all products are warehoused and shipped from within the United States via our fulfilment partner. This means your order does not ship internationally, does not pass through customs, and is not subject to import duties or tariffs. From your perspective as a US customer, the experience is identical to ordering from a domestic retailer.
2. Fulfilment Model & Logistics
2.1 How We Fulfil Orders
Prosper & Adore operates a third-party fulfilment model. This means we partner with a professional logistics provider who warehouses our inventory within the United States and ships orders on our behalf. This model allows us to offer competitive pricing, eliminate international shipping delays, and maintain product quality through warehouse-level quality control.
2.2 Fulfilment Partner
Our fulfilment operations are handled by CJ Dropshipping (USA Warehouse Division), which operates strategically located warehouses on both the East Coast and West Coast of the United States. CJ Dropshipping processes up to 20,000 orders per day across their US facilities and provides real-time inventory management, quality inspection before dispatch, and professional packaging.
2.3 Quality Control
Every order undergoes a pre-dispatch quality check at the warehouse level before it is packaged and shipped. This inspection verifies correct product selection, sizing accuracy, and packaging integrity. While Prosper & Adore does not physically handle inventory, our fulfilment partner performs these checks on every order as part of our service agreement.
3. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Timeframes
3.1 United States (Primary Market)
All orders within the contiguous United States are shipped from our USA-based warehouse(s). Delivery timeframes are estimates and are measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Important: Delivery timeframes begin from the date of shipment (when tracking is generated), not from the date of order placement. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

3.3 International Shipping
At launch, Prosper & Adore ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other markets is planned for future expansion and will be announced via our website and email list.
If you are located outside the United States and wish to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please subscribe to our email list at prosperandadore.com. We are actively working to extend delivery to our Australian home market and other key English-speaking markets.
4. Order Processing
4.1 Processing Timeline

4.2 Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will typically enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and US federal holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
4.3 Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email from orders@prosperandadore.com. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. It does not confirm shipment. A second email with tracking information will follow once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at support@prosperandadore.com with your order number.
5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy
5.1 Free Shipping
Prosper & Adore offers FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States (lower 48 states). There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. The cost of standard shipping is absorbed into our product pricing to provide a transparent, no-surprises checkout experience.
5.2 Shipping Cost Structure
For destinations outside the contiguous 48 states, shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5.3 No Hidden Fees
The price you see on the product page is the price you pay (plus applicable sales tax). We do not add surcharges, handling fees, packaging fees, or any other hidden costs at checkout. All products shipped within the United States from our US warehouse are domestic shipments and are not subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs.
6. Order Tracking
6.1 How to Track Your Order
Every order shipped by Prosper & Adore includes real-time tracking. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your unique tracking number
• A direct link to the carrier tracking page
• Estimated delivery date

6.2 Tracking Stages Explained
Tracking Status What It Means
Order Confirmed Your order has been received and is being prepared for fulfilment.
Processing Your order is being picked, quality-checked, and packaged at the warehouse.
Shipped / Label Created A shipping label has been generated and your package is ready for carrier pickup. It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
In Transit Your package is moving through the carrier network toward your delivery address.
Out for Delivery Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
Delivered Your package has been delivered to the address provided.
TRACKING TIP
After receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier system. During this window, the tracking page may show "Label Created" or "Awaiting Carrier Scan." This is normal and does not mean your package is delayed.
7. Delivery Issues & Resolution
7.1 Late or Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier volume surges, weather events, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window (10 business days for standard US shipping, or 15 business days for Alaska/Hawaii/territories), please contact us at support@prosperandadore.com and we will investigate immediately.
7.2 Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
1. Check all delivery locations at your address (porch, mailbox, side door, with a neighbour, front desk/concierge if applicable).
2. Wait 24 hours, as packages are occasionally scanned as delivered before final placement.
3. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided, to confirm delivery details and the GPS location of the delivery scan.
4. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@prosperandadore.com with your order number and we will open an investigation and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or full refund at our discretion.
7.3 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product inside, please:
1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product before discarding any materials.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prosperandadore.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photographs.
3. We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Do not return damaged items unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team.
7.4 Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect product (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong item), contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prosperandadore.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no cost and will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item if return is required.
8. Shipping Address Responsibility
8.1 Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Prosper & Adore is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned to sender, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
8.2 Address Changes After Order Placement
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@prosperandadore.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is dispatched. However, once an order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number generated, we cannot guarantee address changes and the order may need to be returned and reshipped at the customer’s expense.
8.3 PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates. Expedited shipping options are generally not available for PO Box or military addresses.
8.4 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a post office hold), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee equal to the applicable shipping cost may apply.
9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
9.1 United States Domestic Orders
NO CUSTOMS OR DUTIES FOR US CUSTOMERS
All orders shipped to US addresses are fulfilled from within the United States. Your order does not cross international borders, does not pass through customs, and is not subject to any import duties, tariffs, or customs processing fees.
Despite Prosper & Adore being an Australian-registered business, your product is physically located in a US warehouse and ships domestically within the United States.
9.2 Future International Orders
When international shipping becomes available, customers outside the United States may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Prosper & Adore will clearly communicate this at the time international shipping is launched.
10. Peak Period & Holiday Shipping
During high-volume shopping events, order processing and carrier transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early during the following periods:

We will communicate specific holiday cut-off dates via email and on our website banner well in advance of each major shopping period.
11. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
For complete details on returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our separate Refund & Returns Policy available on our website. The following summary covers the shipping-related aspects:
11.1 Return Shipping
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Prosper & Adore will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label.
• Change of mind returns (within 30 days): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
• Exchanges: For size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@prosperandadore.com. We will provide instructions. One free exchange per order is offered (customer covers return shipping; we cover the replacement shipment).
11.2 Return Address
Returns are shipped back to our US-based fulfilment warehouse. The specific return address will be provided when you initiate a return through our support team. Do not ship returns to our Australian business address — items sent to Australia will not be processed and Prosper & Adore cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.
11.3 Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
